Hi, I’m Katerina

I am currently working as a business and service designer for a service design and innovation agency. Some of the latest projects I have worked on include design and delivery of service excellence strategies, training programmes, marketing guidelines and branding strategies. I have also been designing and facilitating varying workshops and co-creation sessions.

With a track record of spearheading end-to-end projects spanning diverse industries such as financial services, retail, technology, and education, I specialize in leveraging Design Thinking Methodologies and Service Design Tools. Grounded in a background and passion for psychology, I bring a robust user-centric approach and adept research skills to the table.

Having executed design projects in both public and private sectors across regions like the UAE, India, Australia, and Southeast Asia, I have cultivated a mindset that embraces the ethos of 'think globally, act locally.' My experience extends beyond mere project execution; I actively engage in mentoring new team members, playing a pivotal role in setting them on the path to success.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts about psychology and mental well-being. I also love travelling and climbing up big mountains!
